Clear n Clean UK is a highly customer-focused service provider for personal, private, public and professional property stakeholders.

We specialise in the clearance and disposal of all household items, removal and relocation of homes and business premises and preparation work required prior to property rentals and sales. We are probate experts and offer a one-stop-shop service for executors and solicitors dealing with deceased properties.

We are based in East Yorkshire and cover Bridlington, Scarborough, Filey, Driffield, Hornsea, Beverley, Hull and Malton and surrounding areas.

We also offer a local and nationwide removal service.

Meet the Owner

Duncan Maclean

Duncan's first job was for a roofing and construction company as an office junior, and he was later promoted to the role of salesman / estimator. After working in America for two years, he returned to the UK and was offered his old position back. Eventually Duncan became a Senior Manager at Northwest Roofing and Construction in Manchester. However after attending a property auction, he decided to take the step of becoming a self employed Property Developer and bought his first property in 1995. He still owns several properties which he currently lets out.

Duncan holds a First Class Honours Degree in Management and Human Resource Management. He has studied extensively in the fields of Organisational Behaviour, Leadership & Motivation and Team-building & People Management. He has a particular interest in improving and perfecting the process between achieving a sale and the follow-through customer service necessary to develop high-trust business relationships.

Duncan is married to Sarah, a Yorkshire lass born n bred, and they have three sons, aged 22, 20 and 15. Duncan and his family are very active in their local community, and through his regular involvement with church and community groups, they often take part as volunteers in charity projects across Yorkshire.

Clear n Clean UK is the result of years of experience in the building and property rental fields. The company aims to provide a service to Property Management and Lettings Agents, Facilities Specialists, Executors dealing with deceased properties and Owners, Landlords and Tenants that require property, garden and storage clearances and refits. They specialise in work prior to rentals, lettings and property sales, and make sure everything is 'clear n clean' prior to viewings. They know what expectations their customers have, and do everything possible to meet and exceed the needs of clients on every job!
